မြန်မာ့ကမ်းရိုးတန်းသည် မြောက်ဖက် အစွန်ဆုံး (ဘင်္ဂလားဒေ့(ချ်) နိုင်ငံ နယ်စပ်) နတ်မြစ်ဝမှ စပြီး တောင်ဖက် အစွန်ဆုံး (ထိုင်းနိုင်ငံနယ်စပ်) ဘုရင့်နောင်အငူအထိ တည်ရှိပြီး၊ ရခိုင်ကမ်းရိုး တန်း ၇၁၃ ကီလိုမီတာ၊ မြစ်ဝကျွန်းပေါ် ၄၃၇ ကီလိုမီတာနှင့် တနင်္သာရီကမ်းရိုးတန်း ၁၀၇၈ ကီလိုမီတာဖြစ်ပြီး စုစုပေါင်း ကမ်းရိုးတန်းအလျား အရှည်မှာ (၂၂၂၈) ကီလိုမီတာ (ရေမိုင်အားဖြင့် ၁၂၆၀ ကီလိုမီတာ) ရှည်လျားပါ သည်။ အဆိုပါ ကမ်းရိုးတန်း တစ်လျှောက်တွင် ဆိပ်ကမ်း(၉)ခုရှိသည့်အနက် ရန်ကုန်ဆိပ်ကမ်း သည် အဓိကနိုင်ငံတကာ ဆိပ်ကမ်းတစ်ခုဖြစ်ပြီး မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရေကြောင်းဖြင့် ကုန်သွယ်မှုပမာဏ ၏ ၉၀% ရာခိုင်နှုန်းကျော်အား ကိုင်တွယ် ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးလျှက်ရှိသည့် ဆိပ်ကမ်းဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ရန်ကုန်ဆိပ်ကမ်း၊ ရန်ကုန်အတွင်း ဆိပ်ကမ်း ဧရိယာတွင် အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာရေယာဉ်ကြီးများ ဆိုက်ကပ်နိုင်သည့် ဆိပ်ကမ်းတံတား(၂၈)စင်း နှင့် သီလဝါ အပြင်ဆိပ်ကမ်းဧရိယာတွင် ဆိပ်ကမ်းတံတား (၂၀)စင်း စုစုပေါင်း သင်္ဘောကြီး (၄၈)စင်းအား တစ်ပြိုင်နက်တည်း ဆိုက်ကပ်ဝန်ဆောင်မှုပေးလျှက်ရှိပါသည်။

The Myanmar Integrated Port Limited (MIPL) is established on an area of 37 acres (150,000m2) allocated for port services. The facilities of the MIPL terminal are designed to handle both bulk liquid cargo (edible oil) and general cargo. Located at Plot (4), Thilawa Port area, along the shore of the Yangon River, the landing constitutes a perfect berthing place for conventional vessels.
A strategic location, MIPL provides direct access to Thilawa Special Economic Zone and commercial areas. The port is a one stop service facility, equipped to handle all sorts of cargo, from liquid bulk vessels to RORO, project cargo, cruise ships, bulk carriers and LOLO.
MIPL has a skilled and stable workforce with a highly developed and modern infrastructure as well as an extensive warehousing and storage capacity. The port is fully equipped with stevedoring equipment for handling bulk liquid, bulk dry and other dry cargo ships, served by a well-fortified 200 meters jetty, a Warehouse, Tank Farm, Car Parking Site and Steel Drum Factory.
